**Job Summary**:
4C is looking for outstanding individuals who can join us to work on major consulting projects with blue-chip clients. Successful applicants will join consulting teams working with clients throughout the UK and abroad. Key skills for this role include the ability to effectively carry out research on the procurement technology marketplace, analyse processes and solve complex workflow problems, work closely with others, lead, persuade and implement effective solutions.
**The Role**:
The P2P Analyst role plays a crucial role in the team and proactively identifies opportunities for process and workflow improvements, software training and configuration. You will work across a range of clients in different industry sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Areas of responsibility include the following: Performing and leading the deployment of Procurement tooling Researching, structuring, and solving complex process/workflow challenges Preparing and managing Requests for Information (RFI) & Requests for Proposals (RFP) of Procurement technology products Supporting the 4C Digital leadership team with preparing and delivering presentation client proposals Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally to obtain and interpret information. Ensuring adherence to 4C’s sustainability commitment and policies in all work carried out. Supporting the 4C team in sharing best practice and technical/market knowledge Working with client staff and executives to develop and implement improved processes and methods
**The Individual**:
**Skills Required**:
Previous systems experience - Either - Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua and/or something similar. Can converse in P2P process/workflow design. Understands the accounts payable process. First class analytical skills. Strong Verbal Reasoning and Numerical Skills Demonstrated ability to lead by example, take ownership and responsibility for work and complete tasks. Communication skills: The ability to articulate results and ideas in a concise manner using a variety of media and formats, be persuasive and convincing in front of a challenging audience. Able to motivate themselves and others using a collaborative approach. Enthusiastic to work with others in a team and to learn and develop. Proficiency systems such as Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in an analytical role in a professional, commercial environment.
