Assystem's Project Management & Consulting (PM&C) Business provides the delivery of sustainable performance improvements within the following practice areas: Consents & Engagement; Commercial Management; Project Management; Environmental Services; Planning & Project Controls; Risk Management and Business Intelligence across the nuclear and transportation sectors.

We are** **recruiting a Recruiter to join our dynamic internal recruitment team.

Reporting into the Recruitment Business Partner, the Internal Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and the wider recruitment function, you’ll take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety differing skill sets. You’ll regularly be managing 15+ vacancies at various points of the sourcing, selection, and onboarding process at any one time.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2/3 days in our Covent Garden office in and the other days working from home.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Managing your own portfolio of vacancies throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Undertaking initial role briefing meetings and attending weekly recruitment activity update calls/meetings with hiring managers and the business resource team.

Managing the offer process.

Working to both client and Assystem processes to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.

Supporting the wider people team and security team during onboarding activities.

️ Working with the recruitment and hiring community to identify and implement process improvement changes.

Using recruitment reports to manage workload and priority activities.
**Qualifications** Your background**

You’ll be a great Recruiter with a strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle (Undertaking role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding). You will be working on a high-volume account so you will need to be comfortable with working at a fast pace whilst ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to spin multiple plates at any one time is essential

Ideally you’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of recruiting for one or more of the following disciplines, Project Controls, Planning, Project Management and commercial roles across sectors including..

- Engineering
- Utilities
- Construction/Facilities

Experience of recruiting for consents & engagement roles would be an advantage.
