As a Rehabilitation Assistant at Renovo, you can expect a working environment that is welcoming and friendly, supportive, and be granted the opportunities to develop within your role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support patients in a range of meaningful activities and relationships throughout the day
- Support patients on external visits and trips locally and sometimes further afield
- Ensure all care and support plans, and documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, accurate and legally compliant
- Communicate with the team in a manner that promotes effective team working
- Help improve our patients quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect.
- Carry out personal care as needed, such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting needs, whilst ensuring adequate food and drink intake.
- Support patients to help manage any anxieties or behaviours that challenge.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- A stable work history, with 1 years’ experience in a similar role/environment (preferred)
- Sound understanding of good social/Health care principles (essential)
- Understanding of safeguarding adults’ requirements (essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 - 48 per week

**Salary**: £11.21 per hour
