Customer Service and Admin Assistant

Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a leading utilities company in their search for Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic and fun team If you are an enthusiastic, organised and determined individual this role could be perfect for you.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide a vital support function, assisting customers with account enquiries to ensure you deliver an exceptional level of service.
**The core responsibilities include**:
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service to customers
- General office administration duties
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Handling customer support centre admin duties
- Answering and assisting in queries such as general Direct Debits, Meter readings, Payment related enquiries and any query relating to all the Group’s products and services.
**In order to join this fun and energetic team you will have**:
- Previous customer service experience within in a contact centre environment is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise workloads
- Good level of numeracy
- Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages

Salary - £21,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + performance bonus
Working hours - 36.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday between 8.30-18.00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9-1pm.
