**About the role**:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be reporting directly to a Regional Director, supporting them and their widerteam. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to effectively diary manage, take minutes at key meetings and provide administrative support. Your strong communication skills will allow you to effectively build relationships with stakeholders of all levels.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Log and track actions from all meetings and discussions and be proactive in ensuring their timely completion as agreed by deadlines. Escalating actions that are not completed to agreed standard or as scheduled.
- Management of Regional Director diary.
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries for the team.
- Organise the logistics of Regional Team Meetings, including travel arrangements where necessary.
- Obtain information to be included in Board Meeting Reports.
- Be proactive and identify ways that improve the support, training or processes for Financial Planners.
- Support with Acquisitions to ensure the agreed program of activities are completed to a high quality and on time. Support the Regional Director to ensure Vendors, staff and clients from acquisitions are fully integrated and advocates of Attivo.

**About you**:
You are a fast learner and happy to lend your hand to anything. You currently work in an Administration role and are looking for the next step up in your career or have recently graduated with a Business related degree and looking for your first step on the career ladder.

You have a track record for problem solving, meeting deadlines and producing high quality documents. You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.

You are a confident communicator, and excel operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial business.

You have strong business acumen that will allow you to support the team with both internal and external activities.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in an Administration or Coordination role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience of minute taking and actions logs
- Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
- Broad ranging administration skills and adaptable
- Proactive with strong accountability
- Discrete with confidential matters
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel
- Minimum 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, graded A-B (6), including Maths and English

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Commercial acumen
- Financial Services experience
- Educated to degree level

**Salary and benefits**

up to £35,000 depending on experience
