GMMH CAMHS are looking for a compassionate, innovative & dynamic senior leader to take up the role of Head of Operations for our services for children & young people.

You will be responsible for the delivery of effective & high-quality mental health services across in-patient & community settings & will work closely with a committed & young person-centred Senior Leadership Team.

As per the Job Description, you will be the senior Operational Lead for CAMHS & part of a supportive and developing Care Group.

Accountable to the Chief Operating Officer and responsible to the Associate Director of Operations, as part of the locality Care Group, the post holder will provide and deliver operational management and leadership for CAMHS.

Working in collaboration with the Associate Director of Operations, other Care Group Leads, Lead Clinicians, Care Group Business Manager and Service Managers, the post holder will ensure services for children & young people in GMMH are of the highest quality.

Leading a dedicated team, the post holder will provide line management supervision and support to other team members as required, be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with Commissioners and other key stakeholders, contribute to the strategic development of the Trust & ensure that services are delivered within the GMMH quality framework in order to deliver high quality mental health care.
