Personal Carer opportunity in Dorset to help with care for twenty-five-old female with Cerebral Palsy and Anxiety whilst an home in West Dorset (Beaminster and Laymore)
Includes: personal care with dressing, grooming, toileting, moving and handling, excursions and day trips.

I am a young woman with cerebral palsy and looking for a carer /PA to assist me now that I'm back from University. I am a full-time wheelchair user and need help transferring and to have a shower/getting around. I am keen to go out and experience the world and am enthusiastic to travel. So, I would be keen for someone who would be up for going places and potentially going on holiday with I need someone who is comfortable to help me with personal needs, is happy, has similar interests as me, supportive and is outgoing and adventurous.
My interests are travel, swimming, drama, drawing, writing, theatre, psychology, days/nights out with friends and going out to lunch. I am going to be starting a part time MA at Exeter Uni in Theatre Practices in September but I will be commuting (at least for a first year). My personality is fun loving, friendly, determined, insightful and modernist. I like to think I am trustworthy, sociable, organised and gregarious.
Qualities I would like:
A sense of humour, a little bit good with technology (laptops), chatty (a people person), can do basic/good hairstyles. Confidential.
This position will have plenty of spare time built in as I only need help at specific moments over the course of a day.
I have a Motability funded car and someone with a driving licence is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
