About the Job:As an Education Assistant, you will work on a supply basis, covering absent teachers and supporting students of various ages.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking roll calls and managing class behavior
- Delivering assigned lessons and activities
- Ensuring student safety and well-being
- No formal qualifications or experience are required
- A resilient personality, good time-keeping, and confidence managing classes are desirable
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training is recommended but not essential
- Free, accredited continued professional development courses
- Flexibility to choose your own working schedule
- A chance to gain experience in the education sector
£15-25 per hour (dependent on experience)
