Our client is recruiting for Customer Service and Support professional who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all customers and end users as well keeping customers up to date with all the latest products and solutions.
This is a really exciting time to join the company as they are going through a period of growth which is likely to continue for a long time They are looking for someone with strong customer service experience who can understand and meet their customer's needs.
**About the job**:
Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers and end users.
As a Customer Service Executive you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests aiming to resolve them promptly and effectively.
You will be supported by the wider team and organisation with upskilling and training to solid technical product knowledge and by understanding the customer's needs, provide appropriate solutions and guidance to add value to the customer's business.
Providing high levels of customer service is key
You will:
- Process customer orders accurately and in compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers.
- Liaising with customers building solid relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Respond to customer enquiries providing after sales support, including technical advice.
- Maintain and validate accurate records of customer interactions, inquires and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Actively seek to increase customer order values through offering additional products and services.
- Provide product/service information to customers, addressing questions and demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Actively encourage distributors to place orders through e-commerce website.
- Ensure back orders are distributed as soon as possible, taking the opportunity to upsell to customers. Capture and report nil stock or back-order items to Procurement Manager.
**Who's right for the job?**
- 3 years experience from office based customer service role
- Confident, professional, and friendly personality and approach.
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Business Dynamics, Dynamics 365 and Powerbi. (You don't need to have experience with all of these but an ability to learn and solid experience with Microsoft office package is vital).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Represent the company in a positive, polite and controlled manner, without exception.

Our client offers a basic** salary of circa £25k - £27k per annum, depending on experience.**
