Servicing & Customer Service Support
**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Co-ordinate reactive repairs, workshop repairs and trial equipment.
- Order parts for repairs and maintenance, schedule and book engineers at customer request.
- Liaise with customers and operations team to co-ordinate timely deliveries.
- Assisting the customer service team with completing tasks, so the sales team can achieve maximum potential at any stage in their sales process.
- Provide customers with adequate knowledge to help maintain and care for their products.
- Carry out any other reasonable instruction to support the business.
- Demonstrate and uphold the OSKA core values in all aspects of your work.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to analyse customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
