**Just in **This immediately available permanent hybrid job is an opportunity for you to join a technical data business as a Customer Success Executive.

Your job will be to work within the Client Services Team to take calls and provide advice, information, and technical data support to business customers, while also supporting account managers with internal and external comms to stakeholders.

Being a key member of the team, you will be encouraged to collaborate to improving efficiencies by continually reviewing processes and contributing ideas for improvements which add value.

You should enjoy working with data and be a highly competent user of Excel, using pivot tables to manipulate data and ideally a user of MS Power BI too.

This full-time post is available as a hybrid role, 3 days at home and 2 in the office.

Hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Ideally, you will bring to this job**:

- Good planning, time keeping and organisational skills, able to manage a busy workload
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- A technical mind. Intermediate/advance ability of Microsoft Office products is essential. Advanced Excel essential and Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience of working and communicating with cross-functional internal teams
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm

Your office base will be in **Leavesdon Park, WD25** so please ensure the office is a convenient location to get to for business hours.
