**Purpose of Role**:
To support the delivery of effective and timely communication to front office, which is clear and succinct, via appropriate mechanisms.
To work with various business areas, ex co members and projects, to build communication plans to support the delivery of their programmes. Utilising a range of publications and mechanisms to achieve this, across multiple departments.
Work closely with Financial Planning and Investment Management to ensure communications meet needs supporting the delivery of in year targets. This could be through feedback or suggested topics.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head of Communication and Change in leading, motivating and developing an efficient Communications Team.
- Develop the skill set, capability and knowledge of the Communication team through regular 1-2-1s and individual development plans. And regular constructive feedback
- Build and deliver a continual communications improvement plan for BAU publications, utilising feedback from the audience to respond and modify approach where appropriate.
- Creation and maintenance of a flexible suite of communication mechanisms. To expand the current communication channels, and champion the increase of multi-media use, to vary the type of content for individual preferences.
- Maintain engagement and buy-in with local managers to ensure content published is prioritised, fit for purpose and effective.
- Manage the team to work with various projects and continual improvements to support the delivery of projects across Financial Planning/ Investment Management and other departments where appropriate.
- Allocate work and delegate effectively to deliver aligned to priority.
- To attend team meetings and carry out actions as appropriate.
- To cascade messaging to the team where appropriate.
- Ensure all activities are timely, compliant and conducted in a manner that will meet the Evelyn Partners business standards and values.

- Proven track record for the effective delivery of multiple and interconnected communications plans in a changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence others
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Experience of operating in a financial services environment
