What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. The applicant must be fluent in both English and German and be proficient in the use of common IT tools (Excel, Word, etc.) as well as having familiarity with ERP systems. They should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively. Additionally, resilience and flexibility are crucial, as the role involves adapting to various tasks and time constraints. This individual will play a key role in order processing and client services operations to ensure the efficient and error-free handling of orders. Furthermore, they will provide vital support to the Client Services Team Leader and actively participate in coordinating various client-related activities. Must have authorization to work in Cambridge, United Kingdom and willing to travel to our Germany site as required.

**Responsibilities**:
Communicate effectively with clients regarding order details, delivery commitments, payment terms, and address any concerns or complaints.

Coordinate accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Collaborate with Production and Procurement to coordinate delivery dates, ensuring the timely fulfilment of orders.

Monitor and manage deadlines, promptly addressing any overdue delivery dates.

Coordinate additional costs related to orders with the Sales team, including shipping and discounts.

Create and dispatch delivery documents and invoices, maintaining accuracy in all paperwork.

Communicate and coordinate with parcel services and freight forwarders for efficient shipping processes.

Manage customs clearance and export declarations for international shipments.

Handle complaints efficiently, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all client-related activities.

Assist the Client Services Team Leader in daily operations as required.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Development, IT, and Finance.

Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Client Services team.

Provide support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
