**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective leadership to the sales team, including setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing support and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of sales team members, including sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse sales data to forecast future sales trends and prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise within the sales team, such as customer complaints or conflicts between team members, and work towards resolutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including those related to sales practices and data protection.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall team success.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
