**About the role**
People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals was founded in 1917 to provide vet care for sick and injured pets. Now, over 100 years later and employing 2,000 colleagues across the UK, we’re proud of the fact that we continue to provide the same level of service to pets and people most in need.
Joining our Property Services team, you will be supporting the Team ensuring that our extensive estate is fit for purpose - helping maintain and develop a property portfolio currently consisting of 48 pet hospitals, a network of retail stores and an established head office site.
Your role will focus on providing Admin support to the Property Services Team in key areas such as the day to day management of 3rd party suppliers, Utility providers, Insurance matters, raising Purchase Orders, along with the upkeep of records held Internal Systems and Excel Spreadsheets. The Post holder will also be expected to be a point of contact for Head Office in the Building Supervisors absence and an active Fire Marshall and First Aider.

As an experienced Administrator you would be expected to have the following attributes
- Facilities experience is ideal but not essential
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Self-motivator with ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Great team player with excellent communication skills
- Enjoys giving great customer service and interact

This role will be 14 hours, worked over Thursdays and Fridays.
