**About the role**:
As a member of the Evening and Weekend Customer Services team, you will deliver excellent customer care for all library users.

The posts that we are advertising for are as follows:
Post 1: 16hrs
Post 2: 16hrs
Post 3: 16hrs
Post 4: 23.75

Post 1: Tuesday - Friday 17:00 - 21:00
Post 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 17:00 - 21:00
Post 3: Thursday, Friday 17:00 - 21:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 18:00
Post 4: Monday -Friday 17:00 - 21:00 and alternate Saturdays 10:00 - 18:00

**About you**:
You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience in the delivery of high-quality services that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Our team takes pride in providing the best possible user experience throughout our library and learning spaces.

You will assist in maintaining a conductive learning environment, answer enquiries, and support the use of a wide range of library self-service and IT facilities.

You will work collaboratively with team members to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to facilitate continuous improvement within library services.

The postholder will ideally have experience of working in a busy customer-facing role and the ability to work accurately, independently, and flexibly sometimes under considerable pressure.

5 A*-C GCSE’s or equivalent is an essential requirement for this role. Excellent time management skills are also essential along with the desire to deliver a first-class service to the UCL community.

This is an on-campus role. It is not suitable for regular remote working.
