Custom Cages is the leading manufacturer of Motorsport Roll Cages in the UK. Serving professional Motorsport teams is the driving force behind what we do, designing and developing bespoke roll cages to meet the customer and MSA/ FIA conformities.

**Position**

Office Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual who must be proactive and organised with good attention to detail, to work within a busy office. Full training will be given for the right person. Part time hours but can be flexible to school drop-off/collection times.

**Salary**

Favourable salary - negotiable dependant on experience

**Key Responsibilities**

**Purchasing**
- Placing orders for all consumables for production, engineering, machine shop and office
- Liaising with suppliers on price & lead times
- Raising PO using Xero accounting software

**Dispatch**
- Order Processing including eBay and website orders
- Ensure all goods are dispatched in a timely fashion
- Produce all paperwork for goods being dispatched
- Inform customers of tracking details

**General Office**
- Greet visitors and couriers arriving in reception
- Answer incoming phone calls/enquiries to support sales where necessary
- Filing and office admin
- Any other general office duties as required

**Experience Required**

Competent office-based skills and good communication skills

Knowledge of Xero advantageous but training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
