Youth Enquiry Service is a local charity supporting young people. We are looking for individuals to join our team as volunteer Youth Mentors. The mentor will offer support and encourage confidence, self esteem and well
- being through taking part in activities with the young person.

After full training, you will be matched with a young person and work with them on a one-to-one basis. The young people with have some specific goals which you will support. Each young person will have varying objectives and mentors will be understanding of the challenges they are facing and give support, guidance and encouragement.

We are looking for mentors who can be role models to the young people we work with, and be responsible, resilient, good at communicating and want to make a difference to the lives of local young people in Colchester.

**Job Types**: Part time, Volunteer

Part time hours: 2 per week
