**Job Title**

Compliance Monitoring & Testing - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Jersey)

**What is the opportunity?**

You will be participate in Wealth Management International team objective to ensure adequate regulatory and compliance risk management and controls for WMI CI based business consistent with RBC strategic objectives and risk appetite.

**What will you do?**
- Participate in execution of annual RCM Monitoring and Testing (“M&T”) Plan consisting of approximately 30 reviews across 20 Jersey and 12 Guernsey regulated legal entities and 14 licenses;
- Draft reports of findings following RCM Monitoring and Testing Plan reviews for Director, M&T WMI approval prior to release to business
- Collaborate with WMI CI and UK Compliance teams to report findings from M&T program and obtain feedback to enhance RCM Review scope
- Collaborate with other Functional and business monitoring roles (GSAS, GRM, Ops Risk, Governance and Control) to share findings and best practices
- Assist Director M&T WMI CI drafting of training materials for WMI CI core policies
