We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as a Housing Concierge working waking nights.
Our team look after our customers who have some quite complex backgrounds and support needs. They can have histories of substance or alcohol dependence, offending histories or have a history of homelessness and nearly all have mental health support needs.
Our customers each have their own self-contained flat within a supported property. The team help our customers to develop and maintain independent living skills, so that they can successfully move on to their own independent accommodation.
As our Housing Concierge you’ll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our services. You will ensure the safety and security of our buildings and of our customers, and make sure we get on with our neighbours You’ll be supported todevelop the skills to tackle any inappropriate behaviours.
You’ll get involved in lots of different activities which will include monitoring CCTV, regularly patrolling the premises, monitoring visitors to and from the building and ensuring tenancy conditions and service rules are adhered to.As our Supported HousingConcierge, you’ll also provide out of hours cover being the first point of contact for our clients during the evening and at times we’ll also need you to do some general cleaning duties too.
