The Role:

As a Night Auditor,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of
our guests during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include
providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and
check-outs, handling late-night inquiries, running the hotel’s night audit,
finalising guest billing and accounts, and maintaining a secure and
well-functioning environment. This role is essential for creating a positive
and memorable experience for our guests and ensuring their safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Run
  night audit and change of date in the hotel’s Property Management System.
• Finalise guests’ bills
  and accounts.
• Manage any adjustment
  needed in the system including PM and PI accounts.
• Assist guests with
  special requests, room preferences, and any concerns they may have, working
  closely with the Front of House team.
• Coordinate
  housekeeping requests, such as extra towels, linens, or room cleaning, and
  assist in ensuring guest rooms are ready for the following day.
