**What are the roles and responsibilities of being a Care Assistant with SureCare?**
- Providing personal care
- Providing emotional support
- Food preparation
- Support with medication administration
- Support within the community
- Domestic tasks
- Providing support to individuals in different care settings i.e. assisted living, care homes, hospitals.
- Respite care

**What are the requirements needed to become a Support Worker with SureCare Tameside?**
- Completion of all SureCare theoretical and practical training
- Required to work alternative weekends
- No experience or qualifications needed although experience is advantageous.
- Full and valid driver’s license with own transport is not required but is highly advantageous

**Job Types**: Contract, Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£15.75 per hour

**Benefits**:

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Physical setting:

- Homecare

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Remote interviews, all PPE supplied, IPC training

**Experience**:

- Working with people with autism: 1 year (required)
- positive behaviour support: 1 year (required)
- working with individuals with behaviours of concern: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (required)
