**SALARY - UP TO £25,000 (Dependant on experience)**

**Duties include but not limited to**

**Deployment**:

- Working alongside our deployment team to monitor engineer portal/diaries to ensure all engineer slots are filled.
- Planning in advance to fill engineers’ diaries for future dates.
- Attending morning and afternoon calls with Operations to provide updates.
- Reporting on engineers’ utilization and productivity daily and weekly
- Overseeing engineer Microsoft Teams/WhatsApp groups to ensure any issues or queries are resolved i.e., van or app issues.
- Reporting analysis to the Chief Operating Officer regarding engineer engagement
- Being the point of contact for our employed engineers; ensuring they have the support they need; should they have any issues i.e., job volume or travel.
- Working closely with the Field Management team to highlight any issues and work towards resolutions.
- Liaising with our employed engineers to take on additional workload when required during working hours if their job volume is low/completed what was booked.
- Contacting engineers for overtime for weekends/bank holidays when required

**Recruitment/Engagement & Retention**:

- Posting, assessing, and managing all job vacancies and applicants against an agreed criterion.
- Setting up secondary interviews with hiring managers
- via teams/video.
- Following up on completed interviews and ensuring the correct offer letters/contracts are sent to successful applicants.
- Conducting right to work and DBS checks.
- Issuing new starter documentation and inductions including new starter travel and accommodation.
- Producing weekly reports for management based on role and recruitment campaign performance.
- Holding campaign meetings and building close relationships with hiring managers to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, advising, and contributing to key decisions.
- Sending out survey feedback forms to employed engineers.
- Logging feedback: Identifying trends and presenting the feedback to higher management.
- Creating action plans to rectify any issues within the engineering field.
- Utilizing the engineer intranet system: posting well done posts, positive reviews given to engineers by management/customers and rewarding engineers.
- Speaking to engineers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure they are doing well and to also ensure they have everything they require to carry out their job daily.

- Experience in recruitment and/or administration and/or clearly evidenced, relevant transferrable skills

**The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am-5.30pm.**
