**Customer Service Coordinator**

**Job Purpose**:

- To be the first point of contact for customers contacting the office and dealing with all messages in an efficient manner.
- To liaise with engineers and schedule jobs in line with companies’ standards of customer service.
- To provide exceptional levels of customer service in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients and updating them on pending job progress and completing jobs.
- Booking work into service engineers’ schedules in line with company procedures and standards.
- Booking in PPM as per contracted agreement schedules of work.
- Working alongside Managers to put together quotes for minor remedial works.
- Managing suppliers to efficiently supply materials in line with workload schedules.
- Organizing, engineers and vans so work can be carried out efficiently.
- Management of completed jobs and recording Engineer’s weekly hours.
- Create and monitor agreed weekly KPIs and look for ways to improve efficiencies.
- In conjunction with the Accounts team ensure all weekly and monthly procedures are completed to an agreed schedule.
- Generate customer invoices in a timely manner to agreed standards.

**Key Measures**:

- Efficient scheduling of all orders to meet company standards.
- Efficient use of Engineer’s time and skill set.
- Responding to all customer enquiries to agreed standards.

**Skills, Experience and personal traits**:

- Experience working in a busy environment and dealing with customers.
- Proficient use of MS Excel and Word. Training on in-house systems will be provided.
- Positive and proactive mindset that enjoys dealing with people.
- First class professional telephone manner.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
