Monteith Personal Care Management was established in 2016 and has grown to a team of around 60 care workers who work hard to provide the highest quality service to our clients.

We are looking for a hard working 'Care Co-Ordinator/Manager' to join our management team and help Monteith provide the highest possible care to our 100+ service users in the East Edinburgh area.

As a Care Manager you will need to be a team player and have good communication skills. You should have a good eye for detail and be able to act with professionalism, even when presented with challenging situations.

As a member of the management team you will be responsible for:

- Co-ordinating rotas for the care team
- Providing care duties when on call
- Work out-with office hours when required
- Provide reviews and assessments for service users
- General admin duties

You will be need to have:

- A driving license and use of a car
- Organisational skills
- The ability to Multi-task
- Computer literacy skills
- Fluent English
- The ability to communicate well with a wide range of people, from some of our vulnerable service users through to health care professionals
