Business Development Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and confident **Business Development Representative** to join an ambitious and determined team. This role is closely working with the Business Development Managers, within a company where innovativethinking is encouraged, and results are generously rewarded
**£25,000 with an OTE of £35,000.**
**This a remote role but you will be required to attend Team meetings in Bournemouth.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Exceeding monthly meetings targets
- Speaking to relevant B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs and how the companies service would be beneficial to them
- Combining excellent industry and product knowledge, with drive and a flair for strong relationship building on the telephone at all levels
- Exceeding the sales standards as well as maintaining accurate records of sales activity
- Attend field events to find and develop new leads
- Re-engaging with lapsed clients, sourcing new clients and networking through LinkedIn.
**What we require from you**
- Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills and the ability and confidence to identify new business
- Excellent MS Office skills are essential
- Previous B2B sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
- An understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial
- Strong objection handling skills
