We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Lettings Department to provide vital support to our tenancy renewals team. This is a hybrid role working between our Head Office in Springfield, Chelmsford, and from home.

**Duties of the role will include (but not limited to)**:

- Preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
- Processing general enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Maintaining up-to-date property records on our internal system
- Providing general administrative support to the tenancy renewals team
- Process renewal data between Microsoft Excel and our own internal software system
- Assist with preparing Tenancy Notices
- Manage DocuSign, the digital platform to process landlord/ tenant renewal related paperwork

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Proactive ‘can do’ attitude, with exceptional organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will be a personable, team player, with a professional approach
- Retain a very strong attention to detail
- IT proficient, familiar with MS Office packages and able to grasp ‘cutting edge’ technology quickly

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience within Residential Lettings

**Salary & Benefits**

Basic salary circa **£20,000 to £22,000 per annum** pro rata, depending on relevant experience and will increase over time with progression.

**Hours of work**

4 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm (no weekends). You will ideally work 4 days during the week, preferably including a Friday each week.
