Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Insurance Administrator to provide administrative support to our broking team in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring valued clients receive exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly file checks to guarantee client requirements are met
  • Update the back office system with new business, renewals, and MTA information
  • Verify quotes and policy documents for accuracy and replicate information in Acturis
  • Transfer client documentation into Acturis
