CRM Executive/ Senior CRM Executive

**Role and Responsibilities (this is a broad but not exhaustive list)**
**System Administration**:
Working with the firm’s two CRM Systems Data Stewards to:
- Manage contact lists
- Control security access
- Merge duplicate contacts
- Monitor and resolve data change tickets
- Advise on data entry standards and processes
- Set up and configure new joiners or deactivate accounts for leavers
- Manage the process for onboarding users in InterAction IQ
- Manage the process for registering leavers on our Alumni programme
- Resolve data issues from client data imported from the Practice Management system
- Deal with data requests as a result of our GDPR data processes
**Acts as an advocate for effective InterAction use**:
- Is an active promoter of the system and its capabilities across the firm
- Supports the wider BD & Marketing team and is a point of contact for fee earners and the ICS team for InterAction queries
- Works collaboratively with the two CRM Systems Data Stewards
- Supports on the execution of BD/Relationship/Marketing campaigns, initiatives, and programmes
**Training & support**:
- Defines the training requirements for InterAction and produces supporting guidance notes
- Regularly attends training sessions to explain why it is important for the firm to use InterAction
- Delivers periodic user training throughout the firm if required
- Delivers InterAction and Vuture new starter training for BD & Marketing users
- Provides trouble shooting and day to day support for the BD & Marketing team, fee-earners and the ICS team
- Delivers desk-side training for fee-earners and the ICS team where needed
- Runs ad-hoc reports for users upon request
**General**:
- Supports the Senior CRM Systems Manager on specific project related tasks
- Leads on mini-projects for the team
- Identifies and suggests improvements to systems and processes
- Represents the team at meetings in the CRM Systems Manager’s absence
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience in a CRM role within a professional services environment, and looking to develop their career in an established CRM Systems Team.
- System and data management experience, including administrator experience of InterAction
- Experience of working with the e-marketing solution, Vuture, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of working in a professional services environment
- Experience of working with and for partners and fee-earners

- Somebody with a CRM background that is looking to build on their knowledge and experience
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Self-assured and approachable in their manner of communication
- Positive, punctual and professional in their conduct
- An inquisitive nature and a willingness to learn
- The data stewarding component requires an attention to detail and willingness to ensure the data is as correct and up to date as possible.
- An understanding of how their role contributes to the success of the firm
