We are a fast growing Wholesale team within a retail brand with a focus on sustainability and sharing warmth both with our team and our community. We’re not an average business and we don’t want to be. We’re young, vibrant, creative and fun We’re looking for a Lead Sales Specialist to join us and grow our market territories, worldwide.

Responsibilities will include:

- International Sales Strategy
- Develop sales strategies for key market identified by the wholesale team and wider business as growth opportunity and engage all relevant departments across the business
- Deliver agreed sales targets while developing and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential key customers/groups in the fashion and interiors markets
- Develop and continually grow the sales pipeline in order to meet current and future sales targets in-line with the wider sales and business strategies
- Actively target new channels of distribution within given territories to maximise reach
- Report sales and data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Wholesale Account Management
- Build strong and lasting relationships with all wholesale customers and where possible increase the scope of their product offering
- Support in the management of key online wholesale platforms
- Understand the needs of different customers and segment accordingly
- Have an understanding of CRM systems and how to utilise these to effectively manage and grow our wholesale partnerships
- Develop intelligence for market trends and competitor activity
- Have full ownership and responsibility for any contracts entered into with customers ensuring;
- These are negotiated
- Requirements are shared with the other teams affected and ensure they are workable before agreeing to all terms
- They are in-line with our brand guidelines
- Sign off from the leadership team where required
- Trade Shows:

- Organise and attend key trade fairs to open relationships and secure new business
- Manage logistics of attending fairs
- Wholesale Marketing Strategy:

- Work with wider wholesale team and marketing team to develop the wholesale marketing strategy
- Provide insights into how to segment and tailor marketing strategies according to wholesale customer base and growth areas
- Wholesale Product Purchasing:

- Communicate customer feedback and direction to buying and merchandising team
- Analyse overall business conditions to anticipate and forecast volume trends, changes and threats affecting the company's objectives
- Personal Development
- Look for ways to improve your knowledge and skill set to aid you in your role
- Take on board feedback from other team members to identify key strengths and areas for development
- Experience driving sales and opening markets
- A key understanding of B2B wholesale sales both domestically and internationally
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering on sales targets and growing the business pipeline
- Experience trading in the USA and Australia would be beneficial
- The ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Highly competent IT and numerical skills
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to work independently, plan your time effectively and prioritise your workload
- Strong, positive, sales leadership skills
- Be motivated and proactive
- Good team work and willingness to help others
