BlueWing Financials is a whole of market mortgage and insurance broker firm in London. We are currently looking for a mortgage administrator to work alongside our three brokers to help the team become more efficient and to give customers an even better experience.

**About the role**

It is a full-time position on employed basis initially based in our office, but with flexibility to work from home once the initial training is completed.

As well as assisting the brokers and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in various systems, you will engage with clients, lenders, protection providers, and other third parties.

The job includes, for example,
- assisting with case research
- following up on cases
- maintaining the CRM system
- correspondence with clients, lenders, insurers, solicitors and other 3rd parties
- handling incoming calls and redirecting them as appropriate

**About you**

As you will be in regular contact with people from different backgrounds, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Speaking another language would also be preferred.

You will have to be organised and with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. We will expect you to work with mínimal level of supervision, be pro-active and use your own initiative.

The workload will be fluctuating, so you will have to be comfortable with working under pressure, adapting to shifting priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Prior administrative experience and working in the mortgage industry would be preferable, but not essential.
