**Job Vacancy: Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner**

**Position: Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner**

**Salary Range**: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum + Performance based bonus

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm

**Location**: Office-based

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our mortgage advisors and paraplanners
- Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- Strong understanding of mortgage processes, regulations, and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals
