**About the role**:
This is an exciting and incredibly varied role where you will be able to deliver problem solving and people skills to maximum effect.

You will be responsible for managing the strategic IT service relationship with our stakeholders, ensuring that their customer needs and their business drivers are fully understood and incorporated into all aspects of business and service planning.

You will be able to provide high levels of customer service and be passionate about establishing business relationships, working alongside our stakeholders to fully understand their needs. You would need to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with a thorough understanding of IT service management. In addition, you will play a key role in helping to identify opportunities, formulate ideas and prioritise technology based needs to help our customers achieve their outcomes.

**Additional information**:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
