GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a market leading organisation that support individuals with mobility issues. We are supporting their recruitment for a Customer Service and Sales Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent contract, located in their Droitwich office.

This position is working on a rotational 2-week shift pattern:
Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 19:00pm.
You will also be required to work 2 Saturdays per month, with a day off in the week for each worked.

**This position can offer a basic salary of £21,230 with OTE in the region of £30-33K.**

To be considered for this opportunity you must be highly passionate about customer service with a warm, empathetic nature and strong negotiation skills. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities with your primary responsibilities including proactively contacting prospects, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Customer Service and Sales Executive main duties:

- Taking inbound and outbound calls to customers in regard to current or potential orders.
- Maximize post-appointment sales opportunities and follow up on quotation requests.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to address sales related concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Updating the Sales figures and communicating this with the team.
- Process sales amendments.
- Handle telephone call enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations to customers.
- Directing customer details to the sales team to arrange next steps.
- Fulfil duties of Sales Coordinator as required.
- Be flexible and willing to travel between sites and events as needed.

Customer Service and Sales Executive desired skills and experience:

- Previous experience in Internal Sales and customer service
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft packages
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with hitting targets and ideally a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and travel requirements.
