The HR team's purpose is to attract and retain talented people across each of our markets globally, supporting them to be the best they can be.

HR team members work across our UK, Dublin and Dubai offices supporting the business globally. The HR Department is made up of various teams, including: Resourcing; HR Operations; HR Business Partnering; Learning and Development, CSR and D&I. We are a professional, hardworking, collaborative and team oriented group of individuals.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Part of the HR Operations team, the role is responsible for running key monthly processes in both our Benefits and Payroll teams. There may also be an opportunity to get involved in development / project work as time allows. As a firm, we aim to provide a positive experience to everyone who works here and our focus on financial, lifestyle and wellbeing benefits ensures that this experience goes beyond the nine-to-five.

DUTIES

The following list of duties is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of the responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate processing of various monthly processes (ie payroll & invoice reconciliation).
