**Benefits and Payroll Administrator**

**Salary: up to £25,000 (DOE)**

**Job Summary**
My client is Business Consultancy firm in central Manchester area who are currently recruiting for a Benefits and Payroll Administrator to join their team.

**Key Duties/Tasks**:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your key objectives will be to coordinate and administer employee benefits schemes for the UK Group of companies.

**The role**:

- Maintaining current benefit schemes across UK Group and third-party platforms. Providing finance teams with data to enable accurate allocation of associated costs.
- Planning and implementation of UK Group benefits, e.g., Cycle to Work and EV Salary sacrifice schemes.
- Private medical insurance scheme renewal and periodic updates.
- UK Group Life Insurance cover renewal.
- P11d taxable benefit administration and year end processing. Liaising with UK Group car fleet administrators to ensure accurate recording of vehicle data in HR system for EOY submission.
- Providing a basic level of absence cover for fleet administration.
- Coordinating and analysing incentive tracking across UK Group.
- Capturing and recording of non-cash benefits and completion of PSA returns for UK Group
- Staff churn reporting and analysis.
- Accurate recording of contractual and discretionary benefits across UKI Group on internal and third-party platforms.
- Responsibility for HR software updates to employee T&Cs, up to point of integration with payroll software.
- Data quality exception reporting from HR software in liaison with Payroll team and departmental coordinators.
- Recording of duties performed internationally by UKI employees.
- Assisting Payroll team with processing and administration tasks.
- Liaising with internal and third-party contacts in a professional manner.
- Reconciling Apprenticeship Levy account and ensuring required funds are available across UK Group.
- Ad hoc projects.

**About you**:

- Previous Benefits/Payroll experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a busy team and under time pressures.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
- Strong MS Excel & Word skills.
