You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and convert these calls into sales using effective listening and questioning.
Main Duties:

- Effectively propose the benefits of products or services
- Effectively offer additional products and services to customers
- Achieve and exceed KPI's
- Ensure the customers transactions are processed correctly and compliantly on the systems.
