**The Opportunity**:
The Business Delivery Platform (BDP) team is responsible for the selection, development and support of all the Purchasing & Cross Process interacting tools (e.g. Buyers, Suppliers, Integration with Engineering Processes). We are currently embarking on a major toolset modernisation programme that will transform the way in which we develop our vehicles, and we are looking for talented individuals who can help us to accelerate this transformation.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
**The Role**:

- Bringing together key stakeholders, Product Owners, Super User Network to develop a global training strategy
- Work with squads to ensure training strategy is relevant for all different locations and all different roles
- Ensure all training materials are relevant and timely to support global delivery
- Ensure all training related materials are aligned and comply with regulations and requirements
- Work with learning and development teams to ensure training matrixes are updated for new starters, those moving roles and for refresh training as required
- Arrange a periodic review of training curriculums
- Develops, organise and deliver trainer sessions
- Distribution and collation of the training content
- Booking of training sessions both on-site and externally
- Liaising with the employees due on the training courses
- Support end users following training content deployment
- Delivery of Webinars
- Delivery of virtual and on site floor walking support
- Support and training of Super User community

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
**Experience Required**:
Essential
- Experience in Training/Learning and Development
- Proven track-record of designing and executing training within a regulated organisation.
- Practical delivery of core and soft skills training to small and large groups.
- Customer focused, with excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams
- Experience in developing and leading training.
- Must communicate professionally, clearly, concisely and consistently to external and internal customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Must demonstrate professional presentation skills and deliver informative and balanced presentations.
- Knowledge of learning theory and applied practice.
- Analytical skills to identify learning needs and evaluate training interventions.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.

Desirable
- Have a good level of competence across JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
- Ability to deliver with urgency
- Ability to work with ambiguity
