**Role Description**:

- Assisting the Head of Quality with all aspects of the day-to-day maintenance and development of the established ISO9001:2015 and ISO22000:2018 & FSSC22000 QMS and FSMS
- Ensure compliance of the quality control processes and procedures of our Formulations, Cleaning, Production, and logistics departments
- Complete internal ISO/FSSC Audits and ensure readiness for the external audit process
- Carrying out weekly GMP audits
- Understanding of HACCP vital
- Complete trend analysis of non-conforming product including in-process rejects, quarantined products and defects
- Complete weekly summary reports of rejects, Nonconformities and customer complaints
- Determine root cause of NCP by using proven quality tools (8D,5Y, 5W1H & Ishikawa)

**Role Profile**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a Quality Control environment
- Preferred experience working in a FMCG environment
- Experience with and ISO22000 and HACCP protocols a must
- Outstanding presentation and reporting skills, with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organisation

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
