**Role**:
As a Complaints Senior Advisor you will offer end to end customer servicing and resolve customer dissatisfaction received across all areas of Barclays Payments Merchant Services.
Day to day accountabilities will include:

- Communicating daily with customers, maintaining strong business relationships
- Work with other areas across the business to put customer issues right and providing detailed feedback to support this
- Offer end to end customer servicing by completing a wide range of customer activities, regularly involving direct engagement with internal and external customers
- Deal with complaints where necessary to drive positive outcomes and then share best practice to mitigate further issues
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to support improved customer servicing
- Support and improve customer journeys across account on-boarding, transaction disputes, financial queries / amendments and voice support

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Flexibility and resilience
- Team player, with the ability to work independently
