**Shift**:Six Week Rotational Shift Pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm Saturday; 9am - 2pm Sunday
Role details.:
As a customer service advisor for our client, you will be taking inbound calls to assist existing people with their car, van, and motorbike insurance. The people you’ll be helping are existing customers, so we just need you to problem solve and give them the right information to make the right choices, and sometimes tell them about any new products or features they may not be aware of. You could make a difference in someone’s day by resolving customer issues as they come in—and we’ll give you all the tools you need to do so. As you start, you’ll get heavily supported training and then a mentor assigned to you; and you’ll be a surrounded by a friendly team of people to learn how to handle any situations that arise, so you don’t need all the answers right away.
What we are looking for.:
- Six+ months experience in customer service, contact centre, sales or retail roles
- The ability to be understanding and empathetic
- Experience handling sales/complaints is desired but not essential
- The ability to follow rules and procedures
- Great people skills and team working ethic
- Live within 1 hour from our call centre on public transport (SR3 3XN)
- The desire to develop yourself
