**The role**

We are in search of a Marketing and Content Coordinator to play a key role in handling customer relations and exploring marketing opportunities. This dynamic position offers a unique chance to be part of the growth of a thriving small business located in the heart of Penarth. It presents an exciting opportunity for individuals to enhance their skills in marketing and content creation.

**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday | 9:30am to 5:30pm

**Location**:
Office-based at Plymouth Road, Penarth, CF64 5DL. This role is office-based full-time and not Hybrid.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Essential:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

- Experience using CMS such as Shopify.
- Experienced in platforms such as Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe software.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Be the main point of contact for FlowerBe’s customers. Resolving queries and offering support and guidance to our customers.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage our presence across social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and engagement on social media platforms.

**Content Creation**:

- Assist with content creation for use across our website and social media channels.

**Partnerships/Collaborations**:

- Outreach to businesses aligning with FlowerBe.
- Grow our user-generated content catalogue with micro-influencers.

**Website / CMS management**:

- You will assist the team in maintaining our website. Updating content and copy when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
