This 9 month Fixed Term Contract is a key role which is focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, scheduling field and in house service jobs and ensuring all service administration is up to date and accurate. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills that exhibit a “Customer First” philosophy.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, in this role you will be working closely with service engineers and sales support teams.

In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of all the service schedule which includes all field service jobs and in house service jobs, coordinate with service technicians to ensure the timely completion of their paperwork including invoices and reports and establish and maintain relationships with customers to clarify and meet customer expectations, coordinate order/schedule changes, perform after service follow up.

This role would suit a person who has the ability to multi-task and organise priorities whilst working to tight deadlines.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Has experience of working in a customer service environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
- Enter orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Take responsibility for ensuring order entry accuracy and providing professional and timely updates to internal and external customers Has the ability to communicate verbally, written and present
