**I have never been a Trainer before, how would I be supported?**

Develops new Emerge project, seeks to recruit the best talent from industry. You will shadow another skilled trainer while you develop the skills required to deliver outstanding training, learning and assessments. During this time, you will be able to focus on sharing your industry insight, knowledge, and bespoke experience with our learners.

In your first 6-months you will be assigned a mentor from our Quality and Assurance Team. The mentor will meet you monthly, but you can of course reach out to them at any time for additional support. This will equip you for the move from industry into education.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be delivering training and assessments to up to twelve adult learners for the product area during each training course. Whilst supporting delegates to achieve desired learning and development outcomes. Performing practical exercises as well as classroom-based learning.

You will also work closely with the Operational Training Manager to maintain and develop our products, keeping them up to date.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Minimum five plus years’ experience in **one **of the following legionella control measures such as:

- Legionella Risk Assessment.
- Fulfilling the role of the legionella Responsible Person.
- Legionella Contract/Sales management.
- Water chemistry.
- Microbiology.
- Experience working with evaporative cooling systems.
- Legionella Inspection/monitoring/maintenance
- Legionella consultancy/training
- **OR** Minimum five years’ experience in plumbing with good working knowledge of the Water Regulations Guide.
- Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent) is desirable.
- Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent) is desirable.
- Level 4 Quality Assurance Qualification is desirable.
