We are currently looking for an Inside Sales and Account Manager to join SGS.
- SGS Food services include supporting customers compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative standards and brand protection for food retailers, processors, and food services across the following sectors: Microbiology Testing, Nutritional Chemistry, Allergen Testing, Contaminants Testing, Investigative DNA Platform Services, Molecular platforms Services, Advisory Services, Retail Surveillance/Due Diligence.

**Qualifications** Essential**:

- Experience working in an environment aligned to the technical aspects of this role within the B2B environment.
- Experience working successfully within a performance measured CRM based sales environment.
- Meeting with customers and presenting effectively with a history of closing sales.
- Packaging and bundling services to ensure sales opportunities are maximized within and across direct area of responsibility.
- Sales qualification, or time served to demonstrate experience.
- Full clean driving licence for use in the UK.

**Desirable**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific, technical, engineering discipline.
- Project Management qualification such as Prince2, Six Sigma, CAPM, PMP.
- Customer Service qualification such as NVQ, Practitioner, Institute of Customer Service.
