Temporary Onboarding Administrator

**Your Company**:
A services business is seeking a Temporary Onboarding Administrator to join the team in the Bournemouth area. This is an excellent rapidly-growing business with a firm expansion plan for the next few years, which will lead to further success and return on investment.
As such, there is now the requirement in the business for a strong administrator with exposure to the recruitment industry to join the business temporarily, during a period of growth, to assist with the onboarding process for new members of staff, to ensure that the business does not fall behind and can cope with the expansion plans.
**_This role is predicted to last between 3 - 6 months._**
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:_
- Handling and ensuring that company referencing is completed on potential and new workers, making sure that references are obtained in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring any background checks that are required, are completed before set deadlines
- Producing onboarding documentation for HR and Recruitment and ensuring this is sent out on time
- Providing onboarding packs as required by the business to support the introduction of new workers
- Conducting any other relevant tasks relating to administration and onboarding
**What you will need to Apply**:
The business wishes to hear from strong administrators, which prior experience working within a recruitment environment, and specifically good experience handling the onboarding process for a business from start to finish. You should have excellent organisation skills and a strong acumen for IT, specifically Microsoft Office and CRM/HR systems. Communication skills, both verbally on the phone and in written form are essential for this role.
