Due to expansion we are recruiting a Learner Engagement Coordinator to work as part of the Tyneside Training Services customer services team. This new role will encompass engagement with learners through our commercial and funded training programme and duties will cover the following:

- Developing and using departmental processes, ensuring compliance with awarding body and funding agency requirements for the processing of all funded and commercial learner registrations and claims.
- Delivering robust Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners in accordance with company policies and frameworks.
- Providing pastoral support and referral pathways to learners who communicate support requirements.
- Consulting with learners with SEND requirements to ensure an individualised programme is developed.
- Inputing starts and completions on relevant management information and awarding body systems.
- Ensuring accuracy when completing administration tasks for claims processes.
- Communicating with awarding bodies, where appropriate.
- Communicating with commercial customers and companies.
- Completing learner pre-enrolment, enrolment and onboarding to a high standard of accuracy.
- Assessing learner eligibility to a high degree of accuracy.
- Supporting month end claims processes and administration.
- Providing reports on learner systems and performance ensuring data is accurate and reliable.
- Ensuring effective use of the organisation’s learner management system and demonstrate technical capability.
- Supporting with compliance intervention mechanisms, where required.
- Ensuring team and personal targets are met.
- Establishing and maintaining records, reports, examination papers or other documents associated with the company’s training operations and to be responsible for their safe custody.
- Liaising with training staff to ensure they have the administrative support when conducting their training duties.

**Experience, Education, Knowledge and Skills**
- Previous experience in a training provider environment delivering IAG and conducing pre-enrolment, enrolment and completion processes
- Experience with funding rules for apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and/or Adult Education Budget is highly desirable
- IAG Level 3 qualification
- GCSE A - C, Functional Skills L2 or equivalent, in maths and English
- Excellent use of digital systems
- Good understanding of EFSA and/or ESF funding rules is highly desirable
- Full driving license is desirable

This position is a hybrid role, working both in the office and at home depending on scheduled activities.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
