- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of individuals under your care
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a child/ young person orientated role is required
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to adapt to different environments and work with individuals of all ages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
