This vacancy for an Internal Sales Executive is based out of the Pershore Head Office, working with our surveyors based across the Midlands. The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and generate increased sales volumes by making appointments to new develop customers for field-based sales executives across one or more divisions.

The position could become full time, but initially to fit in with school hours.

**Responsibilities**:
To increase the productivity of area sales executives in their geographical area to help achieve their sales targets. To answer incoming customer enquiries regarding our pest control accounts and Online retail division and to inform relevant parties.

You will assist the Area Sales Executives and manage their time effectively by ensuring their diary is maximised, up to date and accurate at all times. To make development appointments for the Area Sales Executives from sales opportunities.

Increase conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results. Keep records of all calls and contacts made.

To attend and actively participate in monthly sales meetings and demonstrate ethical sales behaviour at all times, respecting the diversity of all colleagues and customers.

**Qualifications**:
As an Outbound Sales Representative you will need to be ambitious, outgoing, dedicated and driven, with the following experience: Excellent communication skills, ability to identify and tele-appoint qualified customers, develop strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships, have determination and motivation to achieve new business targets and strong organisation skills to manage a sales territory effectively, and the ability to perform well under pressure and establish first time contact with potential customers.
