**External Job Description**:
The Brand Expression and Activation team (BEAT) are responsible for defining and managing how our brand looks, sounds and behaves across all touchpoints. Connecting with stakeholders across the entire organisation, the team focus can be summarised under three themes:
**Strategise **- identify the opportunities to reinforce and develop the brand in line with the needs of the customer and the wider organisation
**Socialise** - creation and management of brand resources / guidelines (own brands and third parties) and socialisation of these across the organisation to support consistent expression and activation of the brand, promoting best practice
**Support **- as proactive brand ambassadors, provide consultancy and support to areas of the business looking to understand how to effectively activate the brand across internal and external touchpoints
**Serve **- leading the production and management of global brand assets and content (e.g. photography, marketing campaigns, frame brands, training collateral) delivering to markets for local deployment and supporting continuous improvement and learning
**The Role**
**Some of the responsibilities include**:
Support in the creation and curation of product content
Support in briefing and management of content agencies
Coordination of product content approval and stakeholder management
Digital Asset Management (DAM) system uploads and ongoing management
Management of third-party brand assets and and upload to our DAM
Manage product samples from external sources that are used as part of artwork creation
Support on CGI quality assurance
Support on creation of product descriptions, product stories and features and benefits
Manage copy approvals through legal
Manage the brand inbox and all global brand queries that come through it
Support on various brand campaigns and projects, maintaining team critical paths and plans

We offer a competitive salary and an excellent bonus plan - you will be entitled to two bonuses - one based on your own personal performance which is paid quarterly and a company bonus that is based on the performance of the business. You will be required to work in one of our 3 offices in either Nottingham, Whiteley or Guernsey.
